We guarantee all our products to be authentic and brand new. We source from only the most reputable sources.

5.Do you have any minimum order requirement?

We are wholesaler / distributor due to very low price. Therefore, a minimum amount per order needs to be maintained. For fashion brands, our minimum order amount is USD5000, except for some high price brands. Please contact us for further details.

4.How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will immediately receive an notice by email with the AWB.

1.What is your processing time?

Normally, we will process your order within 3 business days of receiving your order.

2.How long do I have to wait for my orders?

It usually takes 4-8 weeks for a product to arrive at our warehouse from the time the order is placed. Some items may take up to 6-8 months, please contact us for details.

3.Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

5.Why is my order delayed?

The ordering cycle involves a number of parties, including delays in the processing of orders by offical distributors, inaccurate shipment times from brands, mismatches in public holidays in different regions, delays in international transportation, etc. We apologize for any delays and will contact you promptly. Please understand if there is any delay and contact us in time.

6.Will I be charged a deposit for my order?

Normally, we will charge a deposit of about 20% of the order based on the quantity allocated to the order. This is a kind of sincerity of cooperation.In the event of a compulsory cancellation of an order, the deposit will not be refunded.

7.What shipping methods do you use?

We will use a freight forwarder or FedEx, and we also support the use of your designated freight forwarder.

10.Do you offer different transportation quotes?

We will provide different transportation options for you to choose, to ensure the safety of the situation, to provide a  competitive transportation rate.

8.Will there be any shipping insurance?

Once the shipment is picked up by the courier, our liability ends. If the shipment is lost or damaged from this point afterwards, we will not take any responsibility.Therefore, I recommend that you take out a good insurance policy before you ship.

9.Can you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to all countries.however, according to the relevant laws of Hong Kong and the international situation, we are not able to ship to countries under United Nations sanctions (United Nations website) and to Russia and Belarus and Crimea, Donetsk ,Luhansk Regions.

11.Does the quote include tax?

As the only trading port in the world, Hong Kong does not incur any tax. We will not be responsible for any import tax or VAT of the buyer.

4.Is it possible to receive payments from all over the world?

Of course, we maintain good relationships with a number of major international banks. Due to the international situation and Hong Kong's legal regulations, we are unable to receive remittances from some countries.

1.What payment method do you accept?

We accept direct bank wire transfer.If you need to pay cash, we can only accept invoice amount less than HK$120,000.

2.Handling fee for bank remittance.

Since the handling fee of each region and each intermediary bank is unknown, the buyer is responsible for all the handling fee arising from the bank transfer. We will take the actual amount of payment as the standard.

3.May I ask for your allowable billing period?

We do not give credit terms and we need to ensure that the payment has reached our account before we send out the goods.
